A contact has to be fully verified in order to be ready for payment. For full verification:
>>It has to have been registered at the telecom/network
>>It has to be registered on mobile money
>>The name you entered and saved in the Beyonic system has to match with the name as registered at the telecom.
If contact has any on the checks failed, as shown below, it means you will not be able to pay it until you either edit the or "override".
To confirm the reason for the failed check kindly select the specific area as shown on the screenshot below. If satisfied, kindly click on the 'tick' icon to override.
You can also ask the user with the right to override contacts to go ahead an edit the contact accordingly.
