Once logged in, select "Payments" on the left hand side menu.
Then select "create new payment"
2. Once on this page, select any of the 4 options provided:
a)Send Bulk Payments: Means you want to use the "copy & paste" function(which is more familiar if you have used the old User Interface before), to send Airtime or Mobile-Money to more than one person.
b)Send Single Payment:Means you want to send Airtime or Mobile-Money to one person.
c)Upload excel file:Means you want to send Airtime or Mobile-Money to more than one person by using an excel template.
d)Send bank payment:Means you want to send a payment to one or more bank accounts.
3.Capture your payment information:
a)Chose if you are sending Airtime or Mobile-Money
b)Type the description of your payment ie: how you would want to be able to quickly identify the particular payment.
c)Select the wallet/currency of your transaction(especially if you operate in multiple countries)
4. Enter information about the recipients and the amount:
a)Specify the name & mobile number of the transaction beneficiary
b)Specify the description of the payment to each recipient.
c)Specify the amount you wish to transfer to the beneficiary
d)If it is a Mobile-Money payment - tick the box next to withdrawal fees if you wish to include this amount in what you are sending to the beneficiary.
un-tick the box next to withdrawal fees if you DO NOT wish to include these fees in the amount you are sending to the beneficiary.
The system will check the contacts and auto populate the values in the "total" column.
d) Should you want to add new beneficiary contacts, you can now do so at the same time as you are effecting payments to the old as well - simply check the box next to "add new contacts"
e)Should you wish to send an additional SMS to your beneficiaries, check the box next to "send description SMS"
5. Define when you would like your payment to be released:
a) Should you prefer that your payment is credited to your beneficiaries immediately, simply select the button next to "As soon as the payment is approved"
b)Should you prefer that your payment is credited to your beneficiaries on a specific date in the future, simply select the button next to "On a specified or recurring date"
6. Review your payment details and instructions then click "Submit" which is an orange button inn the bottom right hand corner of the page.
7.Once you click Submit, you will see a confirmation at the top of the screen.
Your beneficiaries will immediately receive their payments.
Should the payments require approval, notifications will be sent to relevant stakeholders within your organisation.
8.To check status of your payments simply click the "Track payments" option right below "create new payment" and you will be able to verify its status.
